This programme equips participants with the knowledge and skills to successfully hire the right candidates for their teams.

During the programme participants will explore the entire hiring process from compiling detailed job and personal specifications, to screening CV’s, preparing interview questions, role-playing interviews and choosing the best candidates. We can also bring in some of the issue around legal during the programme as appropriate.
