Prework: Each individual completes the a personality profile and receives one to one feedback one week prior to the programme.

This will be a very interactive and “energising” day for the participants. The day will begin with the individual getting a picture of where they are, right now and what may be challenging for them. The participants will then begin to gain an understanding of how belief systems can be the springboard to achievement or the limiting factors that hold us back and cause stress build up.
Without a purpose and specific objectives in life / work we begin to drift and tend to be very reactive rather than proactive. Proactivity helps us to manage our levels of stress thus we will begin to look at advanced goal setting and as part of this we will bring in visualisation. We will look at techniques as used by the top achievers in both business and sports around the world.
We will delve into assertiveness and link this into both self-concept and goals. This will also link into our ability to self / time manage, the major factors of stress build up.
Finally we will engage in some relaxation techniques and using this to pull the whole day together.
If deemed appropriate we can include a module on Nutrition / Diet and its role in Stress.
