Our Approach

We do not deliver generic programmes; all of our initiatives are based on detailed discussion up front with our clients, ensuring that we get it right first time. We look on our clients as our friends in business and in so doing strive to provide a very personal service.

We approach every initiative in the same way, in that we ensure the perceived needs of our client are in fact the actual needs. We do this through questioning and discussion with the client and we will only undertake a project if we are certain that the exact need has been uncovered and that the solution we can provide is the right one. All of our subsequent programmes design is based on the Kolb's Learning Cycle.

Kolb's Learning Cycle is a simple flow process that uses the systematic cycle to identify the need, plan the solution and implement the solution. This is followed by evaluation of the effectiveness of the solution and the cycle continues. By using this cycle and evaluation process the transfer of learning is enhanced, thereby creating an environment where participants feel comfortable to challenge their present approach and develop a culture of change for both themselves and their teams.

Once the programme content has been agreed and designed, we commit to:

  • Provide the appropriate facilitator to engage with the participants
  • Developing evaluation processes to measure the impact of the initiative in line with our client's business goals
  • Facilitate flexible programme delivery where necessary
  • Develop appropriate action plans (post training) in conjunction with our client.
