Ryall Development Training Ltd was established in 2001 by John J Ryall.
We have worked for a number of companies both large and small and we have also worked in the consultancy arena. All of this experience showed us how training should not be delivered.
We wanted to get away from the traditional 'off the shelf' courses to a more bespoke offering and this is still central to the company.
Our objective in setting up Ryall Development was to create a company that not only worked with its clients to deliver on their specific needs but also to create partnership relationships with our clients, allowing us to really get to know their business thus ensuring we could add real value.
Over the years this is exactly how we have operated our business and this is one of the key points we instill in all of our associates...'the client is our partner in the process and not simply a number....it is because of the client that we exist'
Our consultants / associates are drawn from various industries thus giving us a great breath of experience. This also allows us to draw on real world experience when we are designing our programmes.
In addition to training and consultancy we also provide both Business and Ppersonal Coaching based on the co-active coaching model. We are members of ICF, the International Coaching Federation.
We deliver FETAC accredieted courses through an independent FETAC centre and we will shortly establish our ouwn FETAC centre.
