The programme outlined here is a one-day overview, which will give participants a good background knowledge and broad grounding in the various aspects of NLP based communication. The knowledge and experiential activities encountered on the course will allow them to make immediate changes in their approach to both their professional and personal lives.
To ensure that the individuals involved take ownership of the skill covered the programme is designed with a focus on both NLP and non-NLP subject matter. This will allow easier buy in to the content and thus ensure better learning on the part of the participants.

Much of the programme is about the experiential work that the participants engage in under guidance of the facilitator. There will be a lot of exercises and working in pairs and participants will be expected to put as much effort into this as they are comfortable with as this will dictate how much value they will get from the programme.
