The first Module on Strategy can also be delivered as a stand alone four day Strategy Development programme which is something that should be considered further down the line.
The programme could also include such areas as Situational Leadership, Creative Thinking, Feedback and Review, Motivation, etc. This is all dependent on what you are hoping to achieve from this programme plus it will depend on the amount of time allocated to the programme.
