Coaching

What is coaching? As members of the International Coach Federation we buy into the definitions that coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Individuals who engage in a coaching relationship can expect to experience fresh perspectives on personal challenges and opportunities, enhance thinking and decision making skills, improve interpersonal effectiveness and increase confidence in carrying out their chosen work and life roles.

Why work with a Coach?

What is it that draws someone to get a coach? Although it is easier than ever to connect with people through technology, many times individuals say that they feel increasingly isolated and that they lack a support system or “sounding board” to help them work through common challenges. Even if our clients have family, friends or trusted professional colleagues around them, in many cases they might feel more comfortable working with us, their coach, because as coaching practitioners we will listen and work with our clients without evaluating criticizing or judging them.

The key areas in which we Coach

We work with our clients in a variety of areas including the following:

  • Executive Challenge
  • Leadership and Management
  • Business/Organisational issues;
  • Career Development
  • Small Business Issues
  • Goal Setting
  • Personal Organisational Management and Development Issues
  • Professional and Personal Relationships
  • Team Issues
  • General Conflict

Return on Investment

The ROI in coaching can come in many ways, including: enhanced drive and motivation, improved team or company performance, new products or services being delivered, increased employee satisfaction/retention, a reduction in health-related issues, resulting in increased efficiency levels and revenues.

We provide coaching based on the co-active coaching model which places the client at the centre of all our coaching interventions.  We can also incorporate a variety of tools including Psychometric Profiling, NLP & psychotherapy techniques.  Each session is specific to that individual or group and this is discussed in detail upfront.  The four stages of coaching as we see it are:

1) Analysing for Awareness

2) Planning for Responsibility during the Process

3) Implementing the agreed Plan

4) Evaluating as we go...

This is a very personal and confidential service and is paced to suit you , our client not ourselves.
